*Team Staff may apply for positions without current clinic qualifications but are required to complete clinics by December 1 of current season.

Criminal Record Check (CRC)

All PGMHA volunteers 16 years of age and older must submit an annual Criminal Record Check (CRC) by October 1st.

This includes staff, coaches, managers, HCSP, on-ice helpers, officials, drivers, etc.
