PGMHA Female Power Skating
Pre-season Power Skating Sessions (Female Pee Wee, Bantam & Midget players) with Instructor Grace Barlow. For $30 participants will receive 2 x 45 minute skating sessions. Grace is a certified Power Skating instructor as well has having served for the previous 2 seasons as the Assistant Coach on the Prince George Female Bantam Cougars and will be reprising her role with the Northern Capitals for the upcoming season. No goaltender Instruction provided.
